What is the Metro East Review?
The MetroEastReview.com is a website that is dedicated to the businesses and
organizations located in the metro east metropolitan area of
St. Louis. Only
businesses with Illinois addresses are to be included in our site. We
strive to bring your business to the internet and expose your business to
hundreds of thousands of people that live in the metro east.
Beginning with advertising using Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords, and other
internet savvy placement, we hope to increase traffic to your business and drive
up revenue. Once established, the Metro East Review plans to
open up additional avenues of advertising for the site and its member businesses
using radio, print media (newspapers/magazines), billboards, and eventually TV
media.
We challenge all comers to beat our advertising prices as we believe strength in
numbers will allow our site to become the #1 stop for the residents of the metro
east. A more personalized experience, targeted keyword and
categories will put your business face first in front of potential customers
that now almost exclusively use the internet to find potential service and
merchandise providers.

site. Your choice.
Pricing:
o $1000/year – you must prepay for the entire year.
First come, first serve. This spot will be the most sought
after ad on the site. The price is good for one year, and you
get first chance to own the spot after the year is up.
City Specific Ads
City Ads only run when a specific city is selected to search by.
The exposure is varies depending on what cities you choose to advertise
under.
There is a limit to 20 ads on the side bar per city.

Category Specific Ads
Category Ads only run when a specific category is selected to search by.

Additional Discounting:
One business profile account can mange up to 2 business locations.
Additional locations will require additional profile accounts to be
purchased but each subsequent account, counts as 2 locations – but all locations
can be managed by one login.
In the event a business (such as a real estate business, financial) that has
several independent members, discounts can be negotiated per situation.
Billing will always require pre-payment for the year.
Billing:
Payments should be made in cash or check to Metro East Web Design & Advertising
LLC.
Contracts signed before the 15th of the month will be billed on the 1st
day of the month of all following renewal periods.
Contracts signed after the 14th of the month will be billed on the
28th day of the month of all following renewal periods.
Refunds:
Refunds are available on a prorated basis for both advertising and profile
ownership; depending on the contract and will be paid within 60 days of
cancellation of the contract.
Example:
Business signs contact for a advertising for a year ($275) and cancels
after 3 months. The business will be refunded $206.25 within
60 days of the cancellation of the contract.
